Love Açaí Bowls was created by Maybe, a proud Latina small business owner from CARACAS, with a passion for wellness, food, and community. After leaving her career in radio, she took a bold leap of faith and launched her açaí food truck in Phoenix — blending her love for health with her entrepreneurial spirit.
Love Açaí Bowls was born from a dream — one that started years ago when Maybe was working in marketing in Los Angeles. During those long days, she would often imagine starting her own açaí business, inspired by the vibrant wellness culture around her. But at the time, she couldn’t afford to make it happen.
Years later, after moving to Phoenix and leaving her job in radio, Maybe finally took the leap. She launched her açaí food truck with a deep desire to serve nourishing, intentional food to her community. Within a year, she opened her first storefront — all while welcoming her first baby into the world. When the pandemic hit, she was forced to close the store, but her spirit remained strong.
Maybe kept her food truck alive at Uptown Farmers Market, where she still serves her signature açaí bowls with love and gratitude. She holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from Arizona State University and is a certified Chopra Health & Wellness Coach — bringing both heart and purpose to everything she creates.
